Peaceful location with lovely helpful and friendly staff . The menu was extensive and the food delicious - ate there most evenings . The rooms were really large with air conditioning and fan with very comfortable beds . I would definitely stay here again

I had a disappointing stay at Hotel Golden Pebble. My experience for two days stay was marred by the complete lack of response from the reception via telecom, making communication a major issue. Need to walk to reception everytime you need something. To add to the woes, there was no water in the toilet, and the flush didn't work. The hotel's location, deep inside the jungle, was far from the beachside depicted in the photos, making it feel isolated and not safe. On the upside, the food was quite good. However, the overall experience left much to be desired.

I had a room confirmed in my name. I have attached a snapshot.when I reached there they said I don't have a room booking. I showed them my room confirmation from booking.com but they refused to give me a room. And they lied saying that I was mailed saying that my room was cancelled, neither I got a mail nor any messages stating that. And plus after two days I got a mail from booking.com saying how was my stay at Golden pebble? I mean what the ****. And the worse thing was Airtel internet wasn't working to book another hotel near by so we had to call a cab and go to another hotel. It was very unprofessional of them to do such a thing. Our whole holiday mood was spoilt. And another couple also came in after us, they were also told they didn't have any booking. So these kind of issues looks common for this hotel.

Excellent property, complimentary break fast is excellent.The landlady is a good supervisor the food is prepared under her supervision.If a swimming pool is added then this hotel will receive 5 star from me.

We stayed here from Jan 3rd to Jan 4th. We came to hotel in noon and we got checked in. We ordered some food for the lunch and they have taken it and after some time they said its not available. Then we took something which were available. All the facilities are available in room and bit spacious also. It is surrounded by full greenary plants. We can have good morning and evening walk. WIFI facility is there which is pretty good in havelock. When we entered room, freshner was there it was smelling very good. But when the fragnance was over bathroom got started smelling very bad. This one thing they need to maintain. Breakwast was very good with homely kitchen and in house resturant. It was very tasty as well. Servants were very good. We were going early morning for some water activities we were supposed to check out the hotel at 8am. But the hotel manager ram was bit rude and he said i need the room sharp at 8 since the next guests are coming. We were supposed to vacate on time but his talking style was not good. And we ordered some items from the menu for food. And while vacating the bill price was different. I asked for it and Ram said that, sir this is in the menu and but we have given something different extra. I didn't talk for 200rs but it should have been informed well before while ordering. Other than this rest everything was good
